And, ya' know, our US Constitution used to call it "Freedom of Speech". What happened to that?

When you look at Amy Tidd's worthless List of Nonsense Numbers called the Port St. John For Tomorrow (PSJ4T) "Budget", you see things like the cost of "Legal Advertising" for the City of Port St. John as $100. Compare that to one legal advertisement for the City of Cocoa that cost (for one ad) $2,387. Also, PSJ4T's "bodge-it" says that we are going to have a revenue (money coming into the city's accounts) from Building Permit Fees of $320,204 in one year. Compare that Nonsense Number to the reality of Cocoa's 2001 income of $95,800 (less than 1/3 of Amy Tidd's estimate!) from Building Permits. You see what I'm talking about? The "bodge-it" put together by Amy Tidd (then of PSJ4T) is just a list of numbers. It's not a true budget. It's a LNN: List of Nonsense Numbers. Want more? Look at the table below. You'll get more.

Realize that Fort Walton Beach, Aventura, Royal Palm Beach and Temple Terrace were used by the Florida Legislature Legislative Committee on Intergovernmental Relations in their comparison chart that was presented on a previous PSJ anti-incorporation page of mine, and therefore the numbers from these cities are very meaningful in relation to the PSJ area. Realize also that Cape Canaveral is smaller than the proposed City of PSJ in both population and land size (under 9,000 people without snowbirds, and about 8 square miles). So the number from Cape Canaveral has true value to our research. I had put information on all the cities on my "Reality Check: Budget" page during the incorporation battle. If anyone is interested in seeing them, contact me and I'll be glad to make sure you get the facts.

-- My Comments: Are you laughing, or crying? Are you surprised? Or disappointed? You need to be aware of the TRUTH. Because if you are believing the lie, then you can vote for very serious consequences. Look at the facts. Look at the TRUTH. You need to know. And you need to consider this when you vote November 4th.

Remember, Amy Tidd stood behind this "bodge-it"!

Note: At the PSJ4T meeting at the PSJ Community Center on October 10, 2002, Ms. Amy Tidd said that if we vote to incorporate, "This is a slow process. Nothing's going to change overnight. You hire a planning consultant..." And Amy Tidd did not have "Planning Consultant" listed in her "bodge-it"!

On November 4th, Vote NO to Amy Tidd!

FIND THE TRUTH!
